Liability Waiver


I understand that wrestling is a contact sport and involves inherent risks of injury. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Pitbull Wrestling Club, its coaches, volunteers, staff, and any facility used by the club, from any liability for injury, illness, or loss that may occur while participating in practices, competitions, training sessions, or any related club activities.


This release is made on behalf of myself, the wrestler(s), and anyone responsible for the wrestler(s), in consideration of participation in Pitbull Wrestling Club.


Web/Photo Release


I grant permission to Pitbull Wrestling Club (PWC) to take and use photographs and/or videos of the wrestler(s) for promotional and informational purposes. I understand that these images may be used on social media, the club website, printed materials, or other promotional platforms without compensation.


Medical Release


In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Pitbull Wrestling Club, its coaches, and representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
